Excellent book. I particularly like that every chapter concludes with an action plan. I read the book not so much to lose weight but because I suffer from IBD and evening snacks cause the most problems. This book is not only for those who would like to shed some pounds, but for everyone interested in eating healthy. Also, food really affects our sleep and it is amazing how little changes in your diet can have such a great effect. You can start incorporating the advice immediately and even though some tips seem obvious it really works. I will share this book to my friends.

Wanting to change for the better starts with yourself. The author did a good job giving the basics on how to simply be healthy starting at night. Eating slow and taking things slow is what I usually forget since I cram all other things I forgot during the day, which in turn, does not give me a healthy lifestyle. Want more tips? Grab a copy of the book. It's worth the read.
